Jon T Vincent, CPA, CFF, PFS, ABV, CGMA, CBI is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Jon T Vincent, CPA, P.C. Jon specializes in providing solutions to complex business problems with special emphasis on business consulting, personal financial planning, financial forensics, business valuation, bankruptcy, and real estate accounting, investing, and development.
In 1978, Jon received his BS in Accounting from Delta State University, where he received national honors.
Jon has actively served on boards of various community organizations. He has served as the Founder and Board Chairman of Port City Capital Bank, Board Member and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Saint Mark Catholic Church, Chairman of the Finance Committee of Cape Fear Academy, Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Crescent State Bank, and Commissioner of the Wilmington Housing Authority. Jon is also the Treasurer of the Promise Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes the educational advancement of children in our community. jontvincent@gmail.com

STEPHANI GARRETT
Stephani began working for Jon T. Vincent, CPA, P.C. in 2002, immediately following her graduation from UNC-Wilmington with a degree in Business Administration. As Jon's Project Manager, Stephani has a very diverse skill set. Her responsibilities include coordinating private funding projects, acting as project liaison, facilitating real estate transactions, and providing in-house technical support. The most rewarding and challenging part of her job is keeping up with a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment. Stephani is also a licensed notary public. sgarrett@jtvmgt.com
SHEILA WOODS
Sheila joined Jon T. Vincent, CPA, P.C. in 2005 with decades of experience providing accounting services for many types of businesses. Over the past 9 years, she has been primarily focusing on preparing tax returns for individuals, businesses, partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, Trusts, Estates, and Gift Returns. In November of 2017, Sheila became an Enrolled Agent, which allows her to represent clients with IRS issues. Sheila is proficient in using QuickBooks software, loves working with numbers and appreciates a good accounting challenge. Sheila’s favorite part of her job is preparing tax returns. ADAM NICHOLAS
Adam is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker who began working with Jon T. Vincent, CPA, P.C. in 2012. He assists Jon and his clients with real estate matters, property acquisitions, property evaluations, and consulting for both commercial and residential development projects. He works diligently to meet the needs of each individual client. He enjoys all aspects of the real estate business, but closing deals is the highlight of his job. anicholas@jtvmgt.com
BOBBI ANNE DORVÉE
Bobbi Anne joined Jon T. Vincent, CPA, P.C. in 2018. She has her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University and has a broad background in accounting from around-the-world experiences as a business owner, director of for-profit and non-profit organizations. She is willing to do whatever needs to be done to get the job done accurately. She has a genuine passion for helping others meet their needs. She has quickly expanded her roll at Jon T. JACKIE WALL
Jackie joined Jon T Vincent, CPA, P.C. in January 2023. She has over 30 years of client service, office administration and small business accounting experience. She is an expert at QuickBooks, and her responsibilities include managing multiple business entities, financial reporting, property associations and their budgets, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Jackie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Alfred University; Alfred NY and has lived in Wilmington since 1995.
STEPHANIE TREVENTI
Stephanie Treventi (“SJ”) joined Jon T. Vincent, CPA, P.C. in October 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. She has had the opportunity to live and work in multiple areas, leading to a diverse skill set ranging from office support and customer service to social media and TV production. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she graduated with honors in 2010. Her responsibilities include administrative support for all staff members, scheduling, filing, billing, and maintaining an organized, friendly office environment.
J. WILLIAM WHITLEY
J. Will Whitley, CPA joined the team at Jon T. Vincent, CPA, P.C. in 2023 bringing with him over a decade of experience in public accounting. Will provides traditional CPA firm services to individuals and businesses with an emphasis on tax. He specializes in tax planning and preparation for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, estates, trusts, and individuals. Will strives to build long lasting customer relationships and thoroughly enjoys helping each client achieve their unique goals.
In 2008, Will received his B.S. in Business Management from NC State University. He then obtained his Master of Accountancy degree from NC State University.
Will is a Certified Public Accountant in NC as well as a member of many professional associations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA).
As a Wilmington native, Will takes pride in being a part of the growth and success of local businesses and families. He remains involved in several charitable, religious, and community organizations in the Wilmington area.
